Karen Stubbs is the founder and leader of Birds on a Wire (BOAW), a ministry designed to equip moms through truth, encouragement and community. Karen has been married for 33 years to Greg Stubbs, they have four children, and four grandchildren.

 

After Karen graduated from Auburn University she  moved back to Atlanta and was on staff at North Point Church for 11 years. She is passionate about challenging moms to experience motherhood in the way God intended it for them and their families.

 

Karen founded Birds on a Wire in 2011, and since then she has been speaking to moms through her books, by traveling the country speaking to churches, and through her weekly podcast, Wire Talk, where she answers mom’s questions about motherhood. She has grown this ministry to reach moms in all 50 states, and 70 countries. Karen’s message is practical parenting advice that she has learned over 29 years of parenting along with Godly wisdom from the Bible.
